This is what I wish to share with other mums to be; just how natural, wonderful and empowering birthing your baby can be, even if you are considered to be high risk like I was.
Our 6 week courses will guide you through a safe, informative and effective practice. You will strengthen, relax and release in all the right places as your body rapidly changes in preparation for birth. You will also explore breathing exercises and meditations to help prepare you for your birth day with a calm confidence.

These are merely our basic treatments, we also have "Corrective Care Programs" & "Specalised Detoxes" which can be discussed in more detail with our therapist in clinic - depending on your needs; how much you would like to see change in your body; and how quickly you would like to see that chance happen.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. In order to give us enough time to be able to re-fill your booking, we request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved service with at least 48 hours notice.
